Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable items such as plants may only be returned if they were damaged or defective upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a clear photo of the item and the packaging to info@villagegardens.co.za for assessment.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
- Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process
- Contact us at Info@villagegardens.co.za to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, securely package the item for return and ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
