Description
Natal Plum (Carissa macrocarpa) is a tough, evergreen indigenous shrub prized for its glossy green foliage, fragrant star-shaped white flowers, and bright red edible fruit. Naturally found along South Africa’s coastline, it is an excellent choice for coastal gardens, water-wise landscapes, hedging, and security planting thanks to its dense, thorny growth.
