Echinops, commonly known as Globe Thistle, is a striking architectural perennial prized for its unique spherical steel-blue flower heads held above attractive silvery-green foliage. The unusual blooms create a dramatic focal point in the garden and are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
